We are delighted to announce that, after months of hard work, dedication, and commitment, we have officially been accepted onto the NCC Framework as an approved care provider.

This is a significant milestone for our team and means that we can now be commissioned directly by the Local Authority to deliver care and support packages within the community.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and would like to thank our staff, service users, and everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. This approval reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.

We look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of those we support and working closely with Newport City Council to deliver outstanding care services.
