🚨 We’re Hiring! 🚨
We’re looking for a full time Office & Customer Service Administrator / Sales Assistant to join our friendly office team at our showroom and assessment centre in Newport, Isle of Wight.
We’re a well-established, family-run business that has proudly been serving our customers since 1965.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone friendly, organised and customer focused to become part of our team.
What will you be doing?
The role is varied and includes:
📞 Answering calls and helping with customer enquiries
😊 Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom
🛍️ Selling our products and learning our full product range
💻 General administration and computer-based tasks
📝 Creating customer records and updating job notes
📅 Using our daily diary system
💷 Raising invoices and purchase orders using Xero
🔧 Processing warranty claims
🤝 Supporting the wider office team
Don’t worry if you don’t know our products or systems yet - full training will be provided!
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident with customers, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
You’ll need to be organised, reliable, comfortable using computers and happy working as part of a small team.
Previous office, administration or customer service experience would be an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
There will also be a requirement for Saturday working, 10am–3pm, on a rota basis, with a full weekday off in lieu.
