Dear Parents, Guardians and our HWB Community.

We want to make fitness fun and social for our community! We are excited to launch a private fitness club on the free Strava app.

This club is for everyone— children and parents. It is not about being the fastest. It is about moving together, having fun, and staying healthy. You can log walks, runs, bike rides, hikes, or even a walk with the family dog.

Please follow the steps on the slides to ensure safety and privacy before joining the group.
