Details of Mindfulness In the Woods:
This is an opportunity for you to join a small group of like-minded people where you can spend time thinking about your own wellness and how it could be improved.
The afternoon is set in a small private wood and will be a calm and relaxed place for you to think about where you are and where you would like to be.
The group will consist of a maximum of twelve people, where confidentiality is respected and interaction with each other will provide insight and learning into how we can live a simpler less complicated life.
What people say about Mindfulness
Mindfulness is more than just a practice, it’s a way of living. It brings awareness and caring into everything we do—and it cuts down needless stress. Even a little makes our lives better and anyone can do it regardless of age, gender, or religion .
When we’re mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind, and increase our attention to others’ well-being.
