The Berlin Method is a high-load tendon rehabilitation approach designed to improve tendon capacity while keeping total loading time low.

Protocol:
✔️ 5 Sets
✔️ 4 Reps
✔️ 3-Second Max-Effort Holds
✔️ 3-Second Rest Between Reps
✔️ 2–3 Minutes Rest Between Sets

Exercises:
🔹 Smith Machine Calf Raise
🔹 Seated Calf Raise

Key Principles:
• Heavy but tolerable load (RPE 8–9/10)
• Pain during exercise ≤ 3–4/10
• No significant increase in symptoms the next day
• Progress load gradually over time

The goal isn’t just reducing pain—it’s building a stronger, more resilient Achilles tendon capable of handling the demands of sport and daily life.
