"It's great fun, a real workout learning to breath using correct breathing techniques; more of a martial art meditation style which really drives your voice. We will also train to activate the right micro-muscle groups articulating with shapes, reflex, vowels & arpeggios. Learn to use correct pitch technique & how to 'Serve the Song' to express all you are!

You can record the training exercises onto your mobile phone as a take home souvenir to train to.

I'm looking forward to being a guardian of the Zen Den over Boardmasters!! The Zen Den is staying in its usual spot this year and I'll be there offering 3 morning classes and afternoon massages for those tired dancing legs and bopping shoulders!!

Come see meee Tina | Yoga Teacher ! The Hangout will also be in it's usual splendid neighbouring spot!
Come to class, grab a matcha, restore with a massage,and enjoy the festival feeling fresh!!

BOARDMASTERS UPDATE - VEHICLE ENTRANCE CHANGE

During the Boardmasters build, Please access the car park via a new small gap in the hedge off the road closest to the Hangout. -please park directly next to the Zen Den.

During the live dates of the Festival From 5th August - 9th August, there is no direct vehicle acces to the Zen Den, please use the coastal path by foot and allow an extra 30 minutes to walk. We will be open during the live dates please see website to reserve your space :))

The Zen Den will be closed from 10th. - 16th of August during the Boardmasters breakdown and will open as per usual from August 17th.
