As we close our doors for the season, we wish you a peaceful and cosy winter. ✨

We’re already looking forward to welcoming you all back in the spring.

Last Sound Journey of the season with Holly Anne Coles

Receive the healing vibrations of Sound as you are taken on a journey with the crystal bowls, monochord, gong, harp and drum. Allow songs of the waters to wash over you as you receive melodies and chants that are inspired by the Cornish Oceans and Waterways.

New class every Monday night 6-7pm in September with R o b y n M c L a r e n

Mindful Flow

Incorporating a slow and steady flow, this class will use breath, movement and deep stretches to create space in the body and mind. This class is a chance to move at a slower more explorative pace to really help you land into your body and sensations. Floor based poses will also be incorporated to get deep into areas of tension and tightness. This practice is good for those seeking a slower class focused more towards relaxation, release and stillness to create space and presence. 🙏🏽

"It's great fun, a real workout learning to breath using correct breathing techniques; more of a martial art meditation style which really drives your voice. We will also train to activate the right micro-muscle groups articulating with shapes, reflex, vowels & arpeggios. Learn to use correct pitch technique & how to 'Serve the Song' to express all you are!

You can record the training exercises onto your mobile phone as a take home souvenir to train to.
