This week felt somehow different…a change in the weather, the temperatures dropped, somehow Newquay felt a little quieter and slightly autumnal and there were conversations in the sauna about exactly that change- and also about the longing for more time, less rushing, more silence.

When the World gets too loud, we are here for you and will open our doors to a space that feels a little quieter, a refuge, a space to be.
