Mumma & Baby Sauna- how it went yesterday

It went just GREAT!

8 women showed up for themselves. 8 women with prams, baby carriers, blankets and toys and it was just wonderful!

It was just how we imagined it to be- we looked after the babes and the wonderful mothers had time to sauna, sea dip and connect with their body and other women. To hear was lots of chatter, laughter, supporting and encouraging words, understanding for each other, interest and just the will to be for a moment.

One mum even came with a little tent and CAKE, what a treat!

And again we’ve experienced the same interesting phenomena: Create the space that people need and they will fill it with their own ideas and stories.

Thank you so much to everyone who came yesterday.
