People often think healing means reaching a place where the pain disappears.
But sometimes healing looks different.

It’s about knowing that even when life feels heavy, there can still be moments of calm. A quiet walk. A deep breath. The warmth of the sun on your skin. A conversation with someone who understands. Time for you to find some peace despite the pain you’ve been experiencing.
Pain and peace can exist together. You don’t have to wait until everything is fixed to experience moments of joy, connection or gratitude. Sometimes the greatest act of healing is learning to hold both. The pain that is present and the peace that is still available to you ❤️🩹
