We offer a variety of dynamic, hot and restorative group yoga classes, beginners courses, retreats, workshops and private sessions based at our yoga studio in Newquay, Cornwall. ☀️ 🌞 Ring in the Summer Solstice & celebrate International Yoga Day with us on the 20th June! ☀️ 🌞

We’ll be down at North Fistral for a special morning of Silent Disco Yoga, set to uplifting tunes streamed through wireless headphones, with the ocean right in front of us and the wide Cornish sky overhead.

No experience needed – we welcome complete beginners and offer easier variations throughout the class. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a regular, this is your chance to be part of something really special.

🌈 One of the (many) amazing things about Yoga, is that it truly is for everyone/every BODY.
No matter who you are, where you've come from, what you look like, who you love, or whether you can touch your toes (spoiler: it doesn't matter 😉).

We're all about creating a welcoming, judgement-free space where you can move, breathe, connect and just be yourself.

It's a Silent Disco Yoga Summer!

Join us on Fistral Beach for a stunning Silent Disco Yoga session, set to uplifting tunes streamed through wireless headphones, with the ocean right in front of us and the wide Cornish sky overhead.

This all-levels vinyasa flow will be led by Jen from Oceanflow Yoga, teaching through a headset mic so her voice sits perfectly over the music. You’ll be guided through a mindful and energising practice, with space to move at your own pace and soak up the beachside atmosphere.

This 6-week course is designed to build the solid foundations you need to feel confident and at ease on your mat. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, we’ll guide you through movement, breath, and mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming space.

Suitable for all!

We are the only yoga studio in Cornwall offering 6 week beginner yoga courses continuously rolling throughout the year so you are never far away from the start of your introduction into yoga. We have literally taught hundreds of complete new comers to the world of yoga and let us assure you…you are NOT to stiff to do yoga! The course is very accessible and caters to all levels and abilities. We also ensure we offer adaptations for any injuries you may have.

The Beginners Yoga courses cover all aspects of yoga and once completed you will be able to choose the classes at Oceanflow Yoga Studio which best suit your goals and ambitions for doing yoga. We offer yoga classes to calm an anxious mind, classes to energise the body, classes that focus on alignment, classes to strengthen the core and stretch the body and so on!
