Here’s what you need to do:

- Delete the old app
- Download the new app using the link in our bio
- Use your existing email address
- Look out for an email from us to set your password

Please don’t create a new account; we’ve already made one for you.

Your bookings, membership, credits and gift vouchers will all move across.

Members may receive a cancellation email from Glofox. This is expected - your membership is moving, not ending.

NEW CLASS: GUIDED BREATHWORK & MEDITATION 🧘‍♂️

Meet Josh. Some of you might recognise him from his business, Sunny Days, in Newquay 🤍. Josh began guiding breathwork and meditation classes while living in Mexico.

After seeing how much these practices helped him regulate his nervous system, find clarity and reconnect with himself, he’s bringing them home to share with our community.

Expect intention setting, conscious breathing and guided meditation; all in a relaxed, supportive space.
