Join for our brand new monthly N**e Women's Sauna. A women-only gathering centred around body freedom, connection, acceptance, and the simple joy of being exactly as you are.
Through guided sauna rituals, aromatics, conversation, stillness, and shared experience, we create a supportive space where all bodies are welcomed and all forms are honoured.
No judgement. No comparison. Just warmth, connection, and a return to self.
