✨Cancellation Policy✨

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, allowing space for relaxation. Before every treatment, I take time to prepare the room, change bedding and get consultation forms ready (for first time clients) before you arrive. I also send out reminders to clients the day before.

I understand that sometimes life brings unexpected changes. However, it is really disheartening when you spend time getting yourself and the room prepared and a client doesn’t show with zero contact.

I kindly ask for your support with the following:

✨Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

✨Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

✨Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you are unable to attend and do not get in touch, the full appointment fee may be charged.

✨Future Bookings: Repeated missed appointments may require payment in advance to secure future sessions.

This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and allows me to offer appointment times to those who may be waiting.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and energy held for your treatment.
