For many, it's a journey filled with hope, uncertainty, and emotions that can feel overwhelming. That's why creating a safe, supportive space is at the heart of everything I do.

Over the years, I've dedicated my training to holistic therapies that support women through every stage of their journey-from supporting hormone balance and preparing the body for pregnancy, to fertility support, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.

Who loves our new logo? 🤍

I am honestly so obsessed with how this has turned out and seeing my vision come to life.

The meaning behind it is all about women flourishing. A woman reflects a tree. When the roots are cared for and supported, she is able to grow, bloom, and show her beautiful leaves.

This is something I will be supporting through some amazing programmes coming this year, whether you are on your natural fertility journey, moving through the changing seasons of menopause, or working through previous traumas.

All of this is achievable through the amazing treatments and counselling journeys that OMH provides.

To me, this logo represents growth, strength, healing, and becoming the best version of yourself ✨

Happy 2026 🤍 we’re back!

We at OMH took some much needed time off to slow down a little, read more, get off our screens, and finally fix our sleep schedules. It was exactly what we needed.

As you know, I’m always learning and developing my skills, and right now I’m in the middle of an amazing course, rebranding, building a brand new website, and also taking on new clients.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all my amazing clients for your kindness and support during the recent passing of my beloved father-in-law.

Thank you to everyone who moved appointments, sent condolences, and came to the wake — your thoughtfulness truly meant the world.

These times aren’t easy, and I’m so grateful for your understanding and compassion.
