Life is a lot sometimes, and we all have different paths to walk. Whether you are navigating divorce, PTSD, fibromyalgia, anxiety, neurodivergence or other challenges, yoga might help.
When you get onto the yoga mat, you give yourself permission to step out of the stress, and to take a break from your worries. As I’ve worked through the issues above, yoga has been my support and the thing that has held me together.
It’s not just exercise, it’s not just mindfulness, it’s a way to bring your mind and body together and move towards a more balanced version of yourself.
