🚗 Road trips don’t have to mean feeling sluggish all day.
A little planning goes a long way 👇
Road trip tip #1: Pack better snacks
Think fruit, chopped veg, lean cold meats, wraps, water, nuts, jerky, and low-sugar protein bars, so you are not relying on service station sugar and beige buffet food.
Road trip tip #2: Use breaks to move
A quick walk, some stretches, or a few rounds of squats, lunges, and push-ups can wake you up, loosen stiff joints, and make the journey feel much better.
It doesn’t need to be perfect. Just a little more movement and a few better food choices can make a huge difference over summer. ☀️
