Even as a seasoned meditator, I find so much value in sitting in my garden for 5 minutes and just listening... to the wind, the birds, the crickets. 5 minutes of stillness after a busy day helps me to calm my nervous system, and be ready for the next thing that needs doing.
This is what a daily meditation practice can look like. Simple. Easy. Accessible.

The Jewel coloured Rose Chafer beetle, snuggled up in the petals of my rose bush.
I love how the vibrant green of these beetles matches the colour of the heart chakra, and how this corresponds to the medicine for the heart that rose so abundantly offers 💚

Sitting under a very special ash tree. This is my nemeton, the proto-celtic word for sacred space in nature.
The majestic ash tree sits on the bank of a river, and is a tucked away spot where I can sit and simply be, and deepen my connection with Spirit 💚
