Saturday 4th July at the The Hands On Retreat
Join myself and Sally Wilson for this heart focused practice to raise funds for Goodwill in Action Su***de Prevention.

We will use traditions from the east (Tibet and China) to focus upon the resilience and compassion of the heart.
Tea ceremony, gentle movement, meditation, sound. A delicious nourishing lunch is included.
Limited to ten spaces.

This is a cause very close to my own heart. My partner Terry took his own life almost 9 years ago. I truly wish I’d had the support at that time that is now offered from the people at Goodwill in Action. Su***de is a societal taboo, hidden and not talked about. I am delighted to share this practice with my lovely friend and accomplished practitioner Sally from Art of Tao to support and guide alongside me. It is a privilege to be here.
