1️⃣ I lived in Dubai for 4 years! 🏜️🌇 Growing up in the Middle East was an incredible experience—think sunshine, skyscrapers, and a whole lot of adventure!

2️⃣ I own a gym! 💪🔥 Yep, I actually bought a gym in 2023! Diverse Fitness in Torquay is all about coach-led training, helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident.

3️⃣ I used to play the cello… to Grade 8! 🎻🎶 Not only that, but I was the first cellist in my school orchestra and led a team of seven before I left. Music was a huge part of my life!

4️⃣ I’m a proud Samaritans volunteer! 💚📞 For over five years, I’ve been supporting people who need someone to listen. It’s one of the most rewarding things I do.

5️⃣ I once performed in an operetta… and my ‘mum’ was played by a Bond girl! 🎭🎶 When I was younger, I was in “A Little Night Music” and Honor Blackman—aka P***y Galore from James Bond—played my mum!

When Les first joined me, he absolutely smashed it and quickly lost 2 stone. But recently, he hit a plateau.

This is where coaching really matters. Rather than accepting the stall, we looked at what had changed. A little complacency had crept in, tracking wasn’t as accurate, and because Les cycles regularly, he’d started to believe he could afford a few extra calories here and there.

The truth is, exercise is fantastic for your health and fitness, but it’s easy to overestimate how much it earns you back.

A week later, Les returned having tracked everything honestly, cut out the extras, and got back to the habits that made him successful in the first place. The result? A fantastic 4½lb loss and his well-deserved 2½ stone award! 🎉

If you’ve hit a plateau, don’t struggle alone. Keep coming to your appointments, be honest with yourself and your coach, and let’s work out what’s really going on. Weight loss isn’t always easy, but I can help make it simpler.

If you like a cheeky McDonald’s breakfast… this one’s for you 🛑👇

High-Protein Turkey Breakfast Muffins 🧀🍳

All the comfort of a drive-thru breakfast, without the crash or “I’ll start again Monday” feeling.
✔️ High protein
✔️ Freezer friendly
✔️ Perfect for meal prep
✔️ Ideal for a relaxed Sunday breakfast (or grab-and-go weekdays)

This is exactly the kind of breakfast I recommend for Busy Women who want to lose weight where starting the day with protein makes fat loss and appetite control so much easier.

Ingredients (makes 6 muffins)
Turkey patties
500g turkey mince
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
Egg layer
6 eggs
Black pepper, to taste
Muffins & cheese
6 English muffins
6 Laughing Cow light cheese triangles
6 Laughing Cow light cheese slices
Method
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix turkey mince with seasoning. Form into 6 thin patties.
3️⃣ Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk with black pepper, then pour into a small lined baking tray to create one flat egg layer (or cook a 6-egg omelette).
4️⃣ Bake eggs for 5–8 minutes, checking after 5. Grill briefly if needed to finish the top.
5️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook turkey patties for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
6️⃣ Toast muffins. Spread one cheese triangle on the bottom half of each muffin.
7️⃣ Layer with turkey patty, a square of egg (or omelette), then top with a cheese slice.
8️⃣ Let sit for 1 minute to melt, then enjoy.
💡 Meal prep tip:
Cool completely, store in an airtight container and freeze. Defrost and eat hot or cold, perfect for busy mornings.

🔥 Calories: ~370–380 kcal
💪 Protein: ~30–32g
🥗 Carbohydrates: ~30g
🥑 Fat: ~14–16g
