At my consultation, Kay was brilliant: calm, welcoming demeaner and very clear information prior to the procedure. The procedure was straightforward and relaxed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would have given 5 stars, but I do feel the price could have been reduced slightly since I only needed one ear treated rather than both. Overall, a very positive experience.
