What is your ultimate weight loss goal 🥅 ?

Now, I'm not asking you to post it all over Facebook cos that would be wrong. However, it doesn't hurt to think about it and remind yourself why you're making the habit and lifestyle changes (and smashing it BTW!!!) you're making to get yourself to a healthier, happier 😃 you!

To keep motivated 💪 and committed to your weight loss 📉 it's the little mini goals 🎯 you set yourself that really power you on! (And, obviously, the support you get as a member).

Little steps🚶‍♀️ BIG RESULTS!!!

Had this for dinner tonight with a jacket potato. It was amazingly yummy 😋 and so filling!

Cheeky meringue nest for 2½S.W.I.P.'s with fat free Greek style yoghurt strawberries, banana and grapes for dessert 😋

Looking forward to trying some more recipes from this little booklet that is free with the October edition of the Slimming World magazine coming out in groups August 24th (a week before it hits the shops! And almost HALF the price for members)!
