We may have just finished but SHIFT is back.
This one’s about fitness. Real fitness. Our sessions are meant to be challenging, sweaty and structured, designed to build fitness without chaos or guesswork.
As always, SHIFT isn’t just the weekly group session. You’ll also follow app based training to support your fitness outside of the class and keep momentum. Plus full nutrition guidance and support.
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start! You just need to be willing to commit for six weeks.
