The longest day, the fullest light — and the moment the sun moves into Cancer, the start of my season. 🦀💛

Today I’m celebrating light: the light we share, the light within, and the light that refused to go out and carried us here.

May this Solstice remind you — you’re not here to shrink. You’re here to bloom, to rise, and to shine unapologetically. 🌞✨

This Summer Solstice I’m taking myself on a little spiritual retreat — resting, recharging, doing some deep work and honouring the longest day of the year. 🌞

The Moon Rooms therapies will be temporarily closed for my own spiritual maintenance.

But don’t worry — Audrey and Anya will be holding the fort, so all classes and workshops will run as usual. Thanks beautiful ladies 🤍

To hold space for others, I need to keep my own cup full. This work is sacred — but so is the rest and inner work that sustains it.

I’ll be back next week, restored and ready to welcome you all back in.

Midway through my Karuna Reiki weekend now — day 2 of 3. This grid and the wonderful have held the most beautiful space for us all weekend while we do the work. I felt the call, so I knew. However the knowing and feeling it are two different things entirely. I knew this would take me somewhere — I just wasn’t expecting just how deep. Absolutely incredible 🙏
