Free Food is food that is low in energy density (calories per gram) and/or high in appetite satisfaction. By filling your plate with Free Food - like fruit, vegetables, pulses, pasta, rice, eggs, fish and lean meat – you'll see the pounds drop off while feeling completely satisfied 🤩
I run my wonderful group in Burtonwood with the back up of over 56 years of experience and the most amazing results from Slimming World and our many thousands of members. I'd love to invite you to a session for you to meet my members who are at varying stages of their weight loss journeys. From my many target members who have maintained their ideal weights for over a decade in some cases, all while following the simple and effective Slimming World plan!!
