Living by your own rules ♥️

Most times clients come to me for a colon hydrotherapy treatment as they are having difficulty having a proper movement or a movement at all. They try everything more fibre, more laxatives, exercise even breath work but nothing seems to work. They feel sluggish, bloated and fatigued.

This is most times down to poor diet, sugar, antibiotics, stress and some medication. Substances that are not natural to our bodies digestive system will eventually ferment and create a hydrogen or mithaine gas in our small intestine and gut.

Even a colon hydrotherapy treatment has a hard time clearing if there is a high level of gas in the colon. Herbal e***as help to calm the gas down and promote a better movement.

The probiotic e***as is simply to implant a formula with probiotic into the colon for 5 minutes to promote live healthy bacteria.

Help your gut - book your colon hydrotherapy treatment and purchase some probioform ♥️

Probiotics are a live bacteria your colon needs to fight the bad bacteria. The bad bacteria thrives in an unhealthy environment and as they grow, take over the good bacteria. This creates an environment for parasites, yeast and toxins to thrive.

Help your gut, book a colon hydrotherapy treatment and purchase Probioform - the health of your gut can turn around within 24 hours.

Probioform is a four month(1 x tablespoon daily in a glass of water)£60

Colon Hydrotherapy is beneficial for many reasons: it will not only give you relief from bloating - but it supports a healthy digestive system. If you feel you have problems digesting your food or have a constant feeling of fullness, it may have a lot to do with a build up of gas. It’s known as fermentation in your upper GI tract which can be very uncomfortable. Having a complete purge of the bowels, can relieve a lot of the discomfort 🌼

Colon Hydrotherapy is often proceeded by a visit to the toilet, as stool is softened. You can go about your day as normal. But will feel a lot lighter, cleansed and more energetic 🌼
