We are holding clinics for the Meningitis B vaccine next week

If you were born between 2/7/07 and 1/7/08 and have yet to book an appointment or hear from us, please contact the surgery to arrange

💉MenB Vaccination Programme (Meningococcal vaccine)💉

Following recent outbreaks of Meningitis B across the UK, from 31st July 2026 a targeted one-off MenB vaccination programme will be rolled out.

We will contact eligible patients via text, phone or letter over the next couple of weeks.

Who is eligible?
ALL young people born between 2 July
2007 and 1 July 2008 (Year 14 age group) who have not previously received 2 doses of this vaccine , who are starting further education for the FIRST time in Autumn 26

Patients up to 25 years old starting further education for the FIRST time this autumn.

Two doses of the vaccine will be
offered with at least 28 days between
appointments.
