Happy faces at the circle of ukes this morning. Many thanks to Anne Hemy who helped guide us, while Fiona Mathieson and David take a li'l holiday:)

Always nice to see the men and 🐕 zooster, before they set off for their walk.

Mon 12.30pm-2pm -Mens walk talk and woof

Wed 10.30am-12.30pm-Drop in, cuppa, chat and chill/support and signposting as needed

Wed 12.30pm-2.30pm-ink and inspiration/creative writing for wellbeing

Fri 10.30am-12.30pm-Drop in, cuppa chat + chill/support and sign posting as needed

Fri 12.30pm-2pm-Bond with me, parent + baby sensory/music also set up.

Adults and children, get so much use out of this sensory space. From relaxation, playing ukulele, to children's sensory play.

Aside from set sessions, such as circle of ukes, and bond with me/parent and baby sensory/music, these resources can be used anytime during dropin sessions Wed + Fri, according to need.

Come along and check it out, ask questions, see what's available. You don't know what you might be missing out on 😊

We had a great time at The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites with the 'circle of ukes' this morning. So good I actually forgot to take any photos!:)

We really appreciate Fiona Mathieson and David, facilitating this group, and the support of others, who have helped people like me, who knew absolutely nothing!

Now we are playing music and singing together. Happy faces and making new friends.
Some of us are not in the best of health, but turn up, and come away, feeling just a little bit better when we leave.

There are so many health and well being benefits, ie; keeping movement in fingers that easily stiffen up, to memory muscle strength development/learning to play an instrument, and the prevention of social isolation.

Come along and join us. No need to book. Pay as you please (all voluntary donations are much appreciated)

Mondays 10.30am-12.30pm (excluding bank holidays and the 2nd Monday of the month)
