☀️☀️ Out Of Office ☀️☀️

Yes, again and yes, I know I am taking the p**s a little now 😂

With the season ending, now is the time I have to take all of my holidays 😎

I will be out of office from today and I will be back to work on 22nd June (for about 10 days 😬). I do have my diary with me (don't tell Isla 🤫) so I will be answering messages but they may be a little delayed.

Just when I thought I was starting to look tall again, I had the pleasure of being dwarfed by 2 of the guys this week 🦅

Both guys have been putting in some hard work during the off-season to prepare their bodies and polish their skills in time for the upcoming season 🏀

With all of this workload, their bodies were becoming slightly fatigued and there were some tight areas beginning to appear so they got in touch to help with their recovery 🙌

Looking forward to seeing them again soon 🦅🏀

🌟🌟Client Spotlight!!🌟🌟

A very big congratulations to client Alan who completed the Lanzarote IRONMAN🏅

He completed:

2.4 mile Open Water Swim 🏊‍♂️

112 mile bike ride with an elevation of 10,000 feet 🚲

26.2 mile run 🏃‍♂️

He did all of this in temperatures of up to 34°C to finish in a fantastic time of 14hrs 38mins .

It has been a pleasure to be a small part of your journey and I can't wait to see how you do in the Marathon next. Congratulations!!

🎵 A went to Blaydon Races, twas on tha Ninth a Joon 🎵

The race that inspired a song close to all of us Geordies hearts 🖤🤍

A massive good luck and Howay to all of my clients running the Blaydon Race today. Looks like is is going to be a little wet but I am sure it will be a very enjoyable experience!!

Just a reminder to people I am on holiday from Saturday 13th June until Sunday 21st, I am then back for a week and then fly out to Sweden on 30th June until 5th July to take the last of my holidays before the season starts and it is back to having no holidays 😢
