We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative clinical pharmacist to join our dynamic Frailty Clinical Pharmacy Team and play a key leadership role at North Tyneside General Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and driving service improvement. The successful candidate will lead the clinical pharmacy service for frailty and elderly medicine, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medicines use and improve outcomes for some of our most vulnerable patients.
As a senior member of the North Tyneside General Hospital leadership team, you will contribute to the strategic development of pharmacy services, support the professional development of colleagues, and help shape the future of clinical pharmacy across the organisation.
