Sending apologies to all of our customers. I ( Michelle) am currently spending all my time at my Dad's bedside as he is very poorly. Our wonderful staff, Jo and Jacq are keeping the shop open as much as possible in my absence but expect irregular opening times. Feel free to call the shop to check we are open on 0191 296 3853.

We were so happy to have our shop roof repaired again thanks to North Tyneside Council however only 24 hours later I received a message to say that certain youths were up the scaffolding and smashing the roof slates onto the ground. Police contacted and being followed up. Appreciate any footage.

Highlighting the benefits of organic almonds. They really pack a punch on the nutrition front- full of antioxidants, fibre, protein and good fats. This means they are excellent for heart health, blood sugar control, lowering cholesterol and inflammation aswell as being excellent source of magnesium.
Our organic almonds are from Spain, considered to grow some of the finest almonds in the world.
