There’s always a warm welcome at Cedar Grove Wellbeing Centre with our EveryDay Care & Support team.

Cedar Grove, one of our three Wellbeing Centres by Age UK North Tyneside is a space for people to enjoy a range of activities, spend time with others and have the chance to be part of the community.

Executive Director of Charity Services, Sonya Roe, explains how our Wellbeing Centres are also a place that allow carers a break from their full time caring role.

It’s about more than just the activities. It’s having somewhere to go, people to talk to and a welcoming space where everyone can feel at home.

Today is International Day of Older Persons! 💜

A day to celebrate older people and take a moment to reflect on the importance of creating communities where people can continue to feel valued, connected and supported at every stage of life.

Our EveryDay Vehicles play an important role in the support we provide.

Whether it's providing transport to Age UK North Tyneside Wellbeing Centres or getting our team to our customer's home to provide care and support, our team will always find a way to reach someone.
