Meet Jo 🩷

So…a year’s difference and over 2 stone lighter! Today I did something I haven’t done since I was 15 years old (almost 35 years ago)! Today I wore some Levi jeans!!! I bought them last week and was thrilled to shout out of the changing room “I need a smaller size!” I can’t tell you how good it felt but even better today to be wearing them and get compliments from everyone I met.
Also, I love a non-scale win too and have always kept a regular check on my measurements: June 2025- Waist 39”, Hips 46” and chest 44”…Now: Waist 33”, Hips 37.5” and chest 38” so as well as over 2 stone lost I’ve also lost 6” off my waist, 8.5” off my hips and 6” off my chest! I couldn’t believe the difference until I compared photos and measurements!

I couldn’t be any prouder of this amazing lady! ☺️

For the first time in a few years we have enough amazing men in our fabulous Royal Quays group to run a proper Man of the Year competition 🎉💙
Held last night, we had a fantastic time listening to all the inspiring men and crowning our winner 💙💙 Well done to all who entered Stevie, David, Kieran, Paul & Steve.

Huge congratulations to the Steve’s as Stevie won in our 5:30 session & Steve on our 7pm session.

Slimming World isn’t just for women…it’s for men too 💙 xx

Words cannot describe how amazing this feels. After taking what seems to be the very long scenic route 🤣 I have eventually got to my target 🎯
I can’t thank Maria and the rest of the fabulous ladies and men at group, who have kept me going each week, you really are truly amazing people (especially putting up with my tears at times) you guys have been my therapists 🤣
Here’s to a new chapter of my life that 2yrs and 7months ago I would have never thought I would be. I owe so much to Slimming World. It has changed my life and I’m so very grateful and thankful to them ❤️

How amazing is she??? Massive well done from me, I’m so very very proud 🥰xx
