Last ever post…! I hope!

Logan Laurrance Reed has (finally) been charged by the police with assault following the threat to kill me last year. So when he said there was no further action this was… total fiction!

The County Court Judgement against Logan Laurrance Reed reclaiming the stolen assets of Howlin’ Wolf Ink Ltd has been granted (keep an eye on the EDP Business supplement on a Wednesday) so the creditors will be able to be paid and the Ltd Co wound up as it should be. So when he said it wasn’t happening this was…total fiction!

And everything and more he has claimed about me being a nut job since he appears to have had a breakdown last year is also…total fiction!

Logan Laurrance Reed has reported me to the police more times than I can remember – my personal favourite was for giving him his P45. Closely followed by stalking which was his estranged daughter taking photos to prove he lied to her about not having a partner. Every time there is no further action as they are all…total fiction!

Consideration is now being given as to whether the threshold for ‘wasting police time’ has been reached.

Howlin’ Wolf Ink will be gone from Stanley Road by the end of the week.

UPDATE

Sadly, following the theft of approximately 75% of the assets of Howlin’ Wolf Ink Ltd by Logan - former Director - I have decided it is not viable to reopen the shop and have given notice.

To anyone who is owed money by the business – please rest assured that court proceedings are commencing to recover all assets and debts will be settled. ALL debts.

Logan doesn’t seem to understand that neither he nor I own the assets of a Company. The Company does and therefore the Creditors. By stealing these assets, Creditors who remain unpaid include Flagship Housing, Direct365, EDF Energy, Wave Water and Vodafone to name a few.

I wish his new landlord luck.

This video was taken on Sunday March 9th at 15.59, less than two weeks after Logan had vacated the shop.

This is not my version of clean.

This is the kitchen where all STERILISING was done and customers drinks were made.

This is disgusting.

I wouldn’t be having a cup of tea in the new shop, let alone anything else.

Incredibly thoughtful of them to leave their filth to the next tenants.

One addendum - the charges were not thrown out. At the behest of my kids I declined to give evidence in court against their dad.
