All these seats and floor space filled with women .What a wonderful afternoon at woodfields school sheringham. The staff were gifted a hormonal health workshop by the employers as the school recognised workforce wellbeing and retainment by inviting me in to discuss all aspects of peri/menopause thank you x

As a clinical educator and womens health nurse the opportunity to collate a presentation on a often overlooked subject to present in a few weeks is exciting and a priveledge. I wonder if my lovely followers will guess what im presenting next based on this wonderful piccie i came across x

What an enlightening day discussing the holistic aspect of and as a womens health nurse often overlooked .. How do we encourage our collegues and patients to be educated 🤔 For me this womens health condition encorporates endocrine, reproduction , mental health and physical symptoms ... How can we overlook such a multi facetted condition . Lets educate ALL !

When three women empower 12 women thats what i call MAGIC . Strength 💪 and support from hannah . Yoga 🧘‍♂️ and relaxation from hayley . Education including the science of menopause/ bone and pelvic health to compliment hannah and hayleys session .
Together all of us women under one roof dedicated time to look after ourselves and each other

We sold out in a few weeks . 12 wonderful women will be attending this afternoons event allowing time for themselves body and mind .
