I want to help educate women to improve their health for their unborn children.
I am a mother of two miracle daughters; conceived naturally against all the odds with the help of diet and lifestyle changes when modern medicine had no more answers. I have a degree in Science and a medical science background having worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative. More recently I have studied Health Coaching at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Presently I am doing further study with the Super Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton to deepen my knowledge and supplement my previous scientific background. Over the last year I have been working in the NHS supporting patients through lockdown and I now work privately with women as a Fertility Coach. I am passionate about helping women to improve their fertility, health and wellbeing so that that they can maximise their fertility and have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
