Apparently NLP is dead. Nobody told my clients. 😏

Honestly — Google "NLP" these days and you get robots learning to read. The tech world's run off with the name, so half of you probably think I teach ChatGPT to speak now. I don't.

I teach actual humans to stop being a div to themselves. Trust me, it's harder.

And yeah, NLP got a bad name. Mostly thanks to the headset-and-white-teeth crowd promising to fix your phobia, your confidence AND your love life in one weekend for two grand. Cheers for that, lads.

But take all the guru nonsense away and what's left is genuinely good stuff.
How to read people.
How to take the sting out of a memory that still makes you cringe. How to stop your own brain chatting sh*te at you all day.

It works. Has done for me for 30 years.

NLP's not dead. It was just sold badly.

Don't chuck out a perfectly good toolbox because some pillock used the hammer wrong.

Something interesting happened yesterday.
I posted about Overthunk! Leadership and people started getting in touch.
Which is great.

But I also know — because I've spent 20 years working with exactly these people — that some of you reading this right now are doing something very predictable.

You're interested. You know this is probably for you. And you're already talking yourself out of it.
Let me guess. 🤔

"I'll check the dates — I'm probably busy."

Well done to our latest NLP Practitioners
We have had a fun weekend including a meal at Origin Northallerton last night

Emotional ending as always, and lovely to see, hear & feel how people have grown, 8 months on from the start of the course.
