So, September not really going to plan !!

I’m going to have to take a break from Reflexology and Reiki treatments for a while.

Had to have an operation out of the blue !
I’m healing and hopeful everyday and so grateful to my wonderful family and friends for all their support. I’ve loved meeting people and giving treatments at The Spa Retreat & Sanctuary and Mel is just the best ☺️ but I’ve had to take the decision to concentrate on getting better and stop offering treatments at the lovely Spa Retreat.

“Return visit to The Spa Retreat, this time with Lin for 1 hours reflexology treatment. Lin took her time to explain the process as this was all new to me. After a full hour of pure bliss, I was completely relaxed and felt as if I had had, a full body massage. Lin then explained her findings and she was 100% accurate with what I am�suffering with.
