Started my Level 2 training today with

Lately I've been reflecting on the patterns that show up when we step outside our comfort zone.

For me, one of those patterns is the feeling of not being good enough.

It's subtle.

It can show up as overthinking. Over preparing.
Trying to get everything just right.

On the surface it looks productive, but underneath it can be a fear of getting things wrong or not measuring up.

One thing I'm learning is that awareness changes everything.

Not because the pattern disappears overnight, but because once we can see it, we have more choice in how we respond.

I'm looking forward to exploring this more deeply over the next 12 months as part of my Level 2 training.

Tomorrow is Reset & Restore

If you've been thinking about coming but weren't sure if breathwork is for you, this is your reminder that you don't need any experience.

You don't need to be good at relaxing.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
You don't need to do anything perfectly.

Just come as you are.
We'll do the rest together

A lot of people think calming down means taking a huge deep breath.

But often the nervous system responds better to softer breathing.

Not forcing.
Not gasping for air.
Not trying to “fix” ourselves.

Just a light breath in through the nose
and a soft breath out.

Sometimes presence comes from slowing down not pushing harder .

We will be focusing on things like our breath and how we can support ourselves slowing down feeling more relaxed before a performance at our Breathwork, Focus, Freedom event happening on Sunday the 5th of July 10am to 4pm at the Bedford Place Theatre tickets available

I've been spending some time today putting together the music and flow for Saturday's Reset & Restore session.

As I was creating the playlist, I found myself thinking about why I wanted to offer this session in the first place.

So many of us are constantly moving from one thing to the next. We get so used to being busy that we forget what it feels like to pause.

Reset & Restore isn't about fixing yourself.

It's about giving yourself permission to slow down, reconnect and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.

I'm excited to share that booking is now open to everyone for my upcoming Reset & Restore Breathwork Session at Urban Gym.

This 90-minute session is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through breath, awareness and relaxation.

Together we'll explore:

✨ Breathwork
✨ Nervous system support
✨ Deep relaxation

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, running on empty, or simply looking for some time to reset, this session is designed to help you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected.

I’m really excited to be starting a new community wellbeing space at Higham Ferrers Wellbeing & Library

This will be a relaxed Monday morning coffee & grounding space designed to help people slow down, connect and take a little time for themselves.

Together we’ll explore gentle grounding practices, open conversation and creating more calm and connection in everyday life.

I’m really looking forward to seeing how this grows within the community

Ashley is a mum of three, holistic therapist, trauma-informed support coach, and breathwork facilitator.
With a passion for creating calm and welcoming spaces where people can slow down, connect, and take a little time for themselves.
Her approach is warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth, with a focus on helping people feel more connected, supported, and less alone through conversation, grounding, mindfulness, and community.
