If you or your child are waiting for an ADHD or Autism assessment, you may have the right to choose who provides that assessment.

Sunrise Sanctuary Healthcare, in collaboration with The Mensah Wellbeing Group, is now supporting adults, children and families through the Right to Choose pathway: with access to specialist ADHD and Autism assessments and post-diagnosis wellbeing support.

This support goes beyond the assessment. We help people understand their neurodivergence, build practical strategies, regulate emotions, strengthen daily functioning, and feel supported beyond diagnosis.

We can support with:

Did you know you have the Right to Choose who provides you or your child’s ADHD & Autism Assessments? 🧠

✨What is Right to Choose?✨
If you are registered with a GP in England, NHS Right to Choose allows you to choose an approved provider for certain NHS services, including ADHD & Autism Assessments.

👉 Meaning you can request an alternative provider instead of only joining your local waiting list, with no cost to you through the NHS pathway.

✨Who do we support?✨
In partnership with Sunrise Sanctuary Healthcare, we’re excited to now offer ADHD & Autism Assessments through the NHS Right to Choose pathway in Northampton for both adults & children.

Self acceptance is never about not struggling, it’s not about trying to push through or make the feeling stop.

It’s about knowing that when you feel overwhelmed, frustrated upset etc…that is perfectly ok 👌. And accepting it’s there rather than fighting it, is what allows you to move through it faster.

But getting to that place of self acceptance, where you can sit with a feeling instead of spiralling in it, that takes understanding, support and the right tools around you.

✨ That’s exactly where our Navigation Pathways come in:
