I’ve just shared something a bit more personal on my blog.
Not just about the 3 days of Rooted in Readiness but WHY I felt called to hold it in the first place.

Because it didn’t come from a perfectly clear, inspired place. It came from me feeling off, unsettled, unfulfilled in a way I couldn’t ignore anymore.

Like I was moving but not really connected to what I was doing.
Like my body was asking me to stop but I hadn’t fully listened yet.

And I realised if I was going to create any kind of real change it couldn't happen from there.

I needed to come back to myself. To feel steady again. To know that the next steps I take are actually right for me and not driven by pressure or noise from outside.

So that’s the space I held this week, for myself and for the group.

And it's a space that's open to you too ❤

We are always moving through seasons, not just in nature but within ourselves.

How we adapt to these shifts often determines whether we move through with clarity and ease or with confusion and discomfort.

I recently found myself facing a little discomfort, but by paying attention to the seasonal shift and what my body was showing me I was able to navigate my way through.

The body is often the simplest guide we have when we learn how to listen.

I’ve shared a short reflection about this in my latest blog.

You can read it by clicking the link in the comments below.

I hope it hope it helps you notice and navigate your own seasonal shifts too.

A gentle reminder: we are still in spring 🌱

Despite the heat, excitement (or trepidation) of the new year and all the talk of Fire Horse energy - the seasons still matter.

It might feel like summer. It isn’t.

Are you feeling the pull of “false summer” or noticing fire rising in your body? 🔥

Let’s build the hearth before we run 🐎

My full insights are in the comments if you’d like to read more ❤️

Tight body = restricted blood flow = bigger issues 😱
Structural support shouldn't be underrated ❤️

Pain and fatigue often come from restriction, not damage!

How Osteopathy Restores Flow So the Body Can Breathe Again 💚

Oxygen doesn’t only depend on breathing.
It depends on whether the body is open enough to receive and distribute it.

When tissues are tight and circulation slows, we can’t breathe fully, clear waste efficiently, or repair properly.

Nothing is broken.
Things just aren’t moving.

Osteopathy gently restores space and flow so the body can do what it already knows how to do.

When tissues soften and joints regain subtle motion:
• circulation improves
• oxygen delivery increases
• waste clears more easily
• nervous system tension settles
• tissues repair instead of brace

In simple terms, osteopathy removes the physical barriers to flow.

We work with the early signs:
• chronic tension
• pain without clear cause
• slow recovery
• restricted breathing
• feeling tight, heavy, or compressed

Osteopathy doesn’t force the body into correction.

It listens for where movement is missing and gently restores it.

Not fixing.
Freeing.

Because when flow returns, the body breathes, nourishes and repairs itself naturally.

Sometimes the first step isn’t doing more - it’s releasing what’s in the way.

I’ve shared a new blog today that feels like an important reflection.

It’s about health autonomy, unlearning old narratives and what happens when we stop trying to fix the body and start trusting its own intelligence.

B12 is simply the doorway, but the real conversation is about intuition, sovereignty and coming home to yourself.

If you’ve ever questioned the idea that your body is “lacking” something this may resonate.

"I changed my mind.

And my body didn’t collapse when I did.

A new reflection on health autonomy, trusting the body, and stepping away from deficiency thinking."

I’m not so much learning something new as remembering what I already knew and forgot 🙄 and unlearning the layers of numbers and control that pulled me away from it. Sitting with clients in cancer care, watching their blood patterns shift as heavy fats were removed alongside conventional treatment, and feeling my own metabolic changes through menopause, has brought me back to a simpler truth: the body doesn’t need managing, it needs the right conditions. ❤️

Fat, Cancer & Why Terrain Matters

Cancer doesn’t just grow because something is “wrong.”
It grows when the internal environment supports it.

One of the biggest shifts cancer cells make is in how they use fat.

Research shows that cancer cells:
• make their own fats
• pull fats in from their environment
• and use them to build membranes, protect themselves, and keep dividing

So fat itself isn’t “bad” but easy access to building materials in a stressed, low-oxygen environment can support growth instead of regulation.

What matters most is the internal terrain:

🔹 Is there enough oxygen?
🔹 Is oxidative stress high or low?
🔹 Is the system in defence… or in regulation?

When oxygen is low and stress is high, cells simplify, harden, and shift into survival and replication.

When oxygen is available, stress is reduced, and flow is restored, cells can differentiate, repair, and regulate.

That’s where our work sits.

We don’t wait for cancer to act.
We work with the conditions that precede it:

• reducing oxidative stress
• restoring oxygen use
• improving circulation and flow
• calming the nervous system
• supporting hydration and cellular communication

This is what we support through:

• Molecular hydrogen water — to reduce oxidative load 💦
• Red / near-infrared light — to support cellular oxygen use 🌞
• Osteopathy — to restore physical flow and circulation 🌱
• Acupuncture — to calm stress and restore regulation 🍃
• Structured water — to improve internal coherence 🌊

Not to fight the body.
But to help it return to a state where growth is no longer a compensation.

Health is not something you add.
Health is innate and it re-emerges when pressure is removed.

That’s the terrain we care for.

I’ve been looking at the narratives that keep pulling us toward self-destruction.

On one side, the medical narrative says: It’s not your fault you’re sick. Here, take this.

On the other side, the alternative-health narrative mirrors the same structure. It shifts the blame outward — hidden agendas, hidden toxins — and swaps medications for detoxes and supplements.

Different language, same pattern:
blame, fear, dependency.

My ethos moves in another direction. I’m not here to add more fear; I’m here to remove it. I want to show people how to cultivate health autonomy by actually utilising their bodies rather than blaming anything — themselves or the world.

When you look closely you can see how this plays out:

The blame becomes more brainwashing.
The fear becomes more stress.
The endless products become more noise the body has to navigate.

Instead of blame, let's advocate ownership.

Instead of fear, let's advocate self-empowerment.

Instead of toxicity, let's advocate health autonomy.

You can’t rid your body of toxins by ingesting more toxins 🤷🏼‍♀️

It's time to meet your body again.
To remember how perfect your body already is.
And how in charge of your health and your life you have always been.

This is self-love ❤️

My lovely friend Suzie Harlow created this song for me, inspired by my recent article, titled: Your Body Is Not The Punchline. I’m deeply moved.

There’s something about music that reaches us in ways words alone can’t. It shifts the field around us, and I hope this one brings something good to you as well.

Enjoy. ❤️ Ps. If you'd like to read the article the link is in the comments 🙏

There is something happening in the way we talk about menopause.
And I don’t think we realise the impact it’s having on us.
I wrote about it.

This one asks for an open mind.
And an open heart.

Why mocking our bodies silences the very system trying to save our livesMy feed has been full of menopause reels lately. Jokes, comedy clips, women laughing at themselves and at what they’re going through. I mentioned only a few days ago that something about it didn’t sit right with me. So I was...
