Took a bit of time out 🫶
It seemed like every 3rd post on social media was weight loss jabs or unsolicited ways to lose weight. Or unrealistic body types for me and things that made me not feel great about myself.
It was all getting on top of me and I just needed a break.
May was spent enjoying family time, having adventures, getting into the swing of more home made food and non upf, spending time running and seeing people and a little cheeky trip to France.
1st June was the come back and whilst I've been meaning to post all week I have also enjoyed the freedom I guess!
So on Monday I joined a new gym! I've done 4 classes so far and they have been absolutely fantastic, the real high light is getting to see lovely ladies from my old group 🫶 with that I'm doing a 28 day challenge 'drop a dress size in 28 days' so feeling positive and have been much more focused with food 🤗
So let's drop a dress size and get to feeling confident again! And back in all my clothes and coats!
