A little piece of good news to share as we step into September. I’ve passed my Level 1 Qigong Teacher Training.

With everything life has brought recently, this feels like a gentle reminder that even when it feels hard to move forward, growth still happens. Not always in big, obvious ways, but quietly, one step at a time.

The Sturgeon moon rises tonight in late summer, named by Native American traditions for the time when Sturgeon were easier to catch in the lakes and rivers. Here in the UK, August feels a little different, but the seasonal feeling is familiar. Warm days, cool evenings, full hedges and fields, and the first hints that summer won’t last forever. A good moon for getting outside enjoying the last of the long evenings, and noticing the gentle shift towards autumn.
