FREE nature-based wellbeing event for parents/carers and their tweens or teens (aged 11–19) who are adopted, looked after, or have experienced care or trauma.
Half term is approaching...
For many of our young people, the change in routine that comes with school holidays can feel unsettling.
Less structure, more time at home, and the pressure to “fill the days” can sometimes lead to increased stress, disconnection, or overwhelm.
What if you could start half term… differently?
💚 Slow it down. Lower the pressure. Reconnect.
Instead of jumping straight into busy plans, why not begin the break with some calm, supportive time together in nature?
Our Re-Connect in Nature session offers a gentle, low-pressure space for parents/carers and their tweens or teens (11–19) to:
* spend positive time together (without conflict or pressure)
* unwind and regulate in a natural environment
* enjoy simple, creative, screen-free moments
* connect with others who understand your journey
🌿 No pressure to talk
🌿 No expectations to join in
🌿 Just space to be, together
