There's so much more to being fit and healthy than just the four walls of a gym.

At Reset, we expose you to a huge variety of movement, from yoga and hikes to Hyrox, boxing, HIIT, strength & conditioning sessions, kayaking, and adventure sports. We truly believe there's something out there for everyone; finding the time to actually explore them in daily life is the hard part.

Part of the Reset experience is finding balance. Yes, we have our high impact days but we level that out with essential active recovery days.

​To wind down and round off the day, we mix it up with team games or switch off with some yoga or meditation by the pool. 🧘‍♀️ It's a great way to keep the momentum going while letting the body recover.

​This incredible group absolutely SMASHED it! No matter how intense the circuits got, they brought the best energy, pushed each other, and had an absolute laugh doing it. So proud of you all! 🙌
