The life I used to dream about quietly became the life I live 🥹

This little family is my greatest reminder that the most beautiful life isn’t always the busiest, it’s the one filled with presence, love, and gratitude. 🙏

Spend the day with me as a mummy & holistic therapist 💕

Always a slow morning in our house.. ☕️
Yes Bonnie’s breakfast is the same size as mine, this girlie loves her food! 🍇
Always a morning play barefoot outside & a read of some new books we got yesterday from the charity shop 📚

Arrived & set up the lodge ready for my first client, more playing outside & exploring the greenhouse for Bonnie 🪴

Finished my treatments, Bonnie had been to the park & long walk with Grandad, picked me a flower from the garden after lunch with Nanny. She loves smelling the flowers at the moment 🌷
Quick on the go lunch for mama before heading to strawberry picking 🍓

p.s don’t believe everything is perfect on Instagram, we had a tantrum & a lot of squished strawberries to! 😁
