Love yourself fiercely.
Look at yourself like you see into the soul of the little girl you once were.
Complement yourself every single day.
Treat your entire being with respect.
With boundaries.
Like you matter more than anyone else in the world.
Because you do.

What a way to close out a week… I’ve sobbed 😭

The most beautiful ending to this client’s chapter on Reclaim Your Radiance, and I don’t think it gets any better than this.

She initially arrived carrying layers of grief, including from events that happened before she was even born. She was waking every morning with anxiety before the day had even begun, and on antidepressants with a increasing dosage, and she was struggling to look at herself in the mirror 🤍

Today she left with a full toolkit and the self-awareness to use it. Her stress levels are sitting at a 3. And her medication has reduced by 75% - all her decision driven by her empowerment. We know that the mirror is getting closer with every day, Reiki 1st Degree is in her sights, and for the first time in a long time, she’s *feeling* excitement! This is something that she hadn’t even realised she’d stopped feeling 🥹 and it was because her AD’s had numbed her so long ago.

2026 is her year:
- Of healing
- Of growth
- Of coming home to herself

And her children noticed too 🥹 they gifted me so many thoughtful & gorgeous presents, and they’re so in tune with their mummy’s healing journey. I’m literally sobbing 😭

You see, this is what we do here and I am beyond *proud & honoured* to hold this space for the incredible women who come through my door.

Life lately 🫶🏻

I’m doing some inner work on my non-allergic rhinitis. Investigations are leading me down the path of MCAS & the Mast Cell link to endometriosis which just makes so much sense! There have been some particularly *bad* days with sneezes so this is the next port of call on my own healing journey.

The project I was volunteering with on Fridays has now closed its doors & clinic days have resumed!

But really had a blast with holidaying, beach days, amazing sunshine, it’s therapy for the soul when we get it 🌞

Parties, Concerts, the last day @ Lucky Pete’s, Events, Carrot Cake on lunch dates, Strolls with friends, and just a wholesome couple of months in the grand scheme of things 🥰

Whoever said it’d be quick and easy?

Your journey through healing will be full of ups and downs. Forks in the road. And believe it or not, what *may* feel like a couple of steps backwards.

But you’re on the right path, honour your worth, don’t give up.

Our journeys look different over time, what works for us during this phase in our life doesn’t have to work in a later phase. We’re evolving & creating space for that growth.

The energy, the aroma, the warmth… something settles in them the moment that they arrive.

What if you’re not broken & your body isn’t fighting you, but it’s just desperately trying to tell you something?

So many women have

I bloody love this video, it’s what sound frequency does to water… and our bodies are like 60% water 🤪

So now imagine what it does to the water in your cells…
