Seriously - if I could express the commonalities across every woman who comes to me, you’d agree it’s Groundhog Day.

The same woman.

She’s competent, capable, often the person everyone else leans on. She’s been through something, sometimes several somethings, and she’s handled it. She’s tried therapy, often more than once. She’s changed her diet, downloaded self-help apps, and read the books. She knows, intellectually, what she’s supposed to do.

Yet she still doesn’t feel like herself.

No dramatics, she can’t easily explain what’s happening to someone. It’s a persistent niggle that somewhere along the way she became lost, and the strategies that she’s been using to manage it have eventually become her *entire* personality.

Her exhaustion isn’t laziness, nor is her anxiety a weakness. The hormonal chaos has either been dismissed by her GP or they’ve put a plaster over it. She cannot simply ‘push through’.

This woman’s body has been carrying years of unprocessed stress, grief, change, and the relentless weight of holding everything together for everyone else.

Only now it’s started to make itself heard - This is not a crisis, it’s an invitation.

Have you realised how intuitive our furry friends are when it comes to energy?

Our intro to Reiki was actually with Moo, years before it saved my life. But the ripple effects go much further.
