New for 2024 from LW Sports Therapy - 6 week block - Runners Strength & Injury Prevention Class

Date: Every Wednesday at 6:15pm or 7:15pm, starting January 10th

Location: Rosebank Sports, Northwich

Strictly limited to 8 spaces per class

Only £59 per person for the full 6 week block

In this 45-minute class, we will focus on the tailored strength and rehabilitation exercises proven effective in our clinics. Elevate your running game, prevent injuries, and enhance your performance.
