A HUGE thank you!
We would like to say a massive thank you to one of our wonderful DSC families, Paul & Zoe Grimes, along with Paul’s manager, Ian Durrans from ALKEGEN , for their incredibly generous donation of a brand-new Xbox Series X and a one-year Game Pass subscription!
This amazing donation will make a real difference to our members and will provide lots of opportunities for fun, friendship, gaming and enjoying time together.

Are you an experienced, organised and inspiring leader ready to make a real difference?
Down Syndrome Cheshire is looking for a Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team and help us deliver and develop our services for people with Down syndrome and their families.

This is a key leadership role, supporting our teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards and helping shape the future of DSC.
📍 Location: DSC Hub, Cheshire + travel as required
⏰ Full time: 35 hours per week, including evenings & weekends
💷 Salary: £33,000 – £38,000

Our Thrive Holiday Club is back, offering weekday sessions where members aged 16+ can build confidence, independence and real-life skills while having fun, making friends and enjoying new experiences.

It’s time to get back to our regular activities, and next up is one for all our budding chefs!
Come and join Chef DSC and learn some fantastic kitchen skills while having fun, making friends and, of course, enjoying some delicious food!

Our Cookery Club gives members the chance to:
🍴 Learn basic cooking skills
🥕 Cook meals from scratch
🌟 Try new foods and flavours
👩‍🍳 Build confidence and independence in the kitchen
🍽️ Enjoy a tasty dinner together
📍 DSC Cookery Club
🗓️ Tuesday evenings during school term
⏰ 4:30pm – 7:00pm
🎓 Open to all members of high school age and upwards
