At last some good news!
Subject to the official Government date for release from lockdown for our industry we are working towards opening the salon, hopefully from 4 July and we can’t wait to see you all😀
We’re adapting our working practices and protocols so we can all get used to the ‘new normal’. Please have a read through the info below so you’re up to date with the new rules before we book you in.
Please call us on 01606 330866 to make your appointment. We are currently open Mon- Friday between 11.00am-4.00pm.
Over 16’s only
Appointments are only available for over 16’s only until further notice.
Payments
Card preferred. Cash payments accepted. Please don’t forget your card 🙂
Clean Hair Please.
Wherever possible, please wash your hair on the day you’re booked to come to the salon. When you come into the salon we will simply wet your hair down for cut and finishing or apply colour to clean dry hair.
If it’s a problem then please don’t worry, we will still be using the backwash area.
Your Appointment – Please Don’t Be Late!
Please arrive on time and wait at the door to be greeted by your stylist. Due to the new salon social distancing and hygiene protocols we’re running to a very strict timetable so appointments can’t run overtime.
No Waiting Area.
There will be no waiting areas,other family members cannot wait in the salon.
Coffee and Tea
Sorry, no hot drinks will be available in the salon.
No Magazines will be available at the moment, however free WiFi will be available.

We respectfully ask that if you have a cold or any illness that is making you feel unwell or might be infectious, or you have been in contact with anyone with Covid19, that you do not enter the salon.
Protect Yourself and Us.
Subject to final clarification from the industry guidelines if you wish to wear your face mask at your appointment, we can work around it as long as it’s a behind the ears version.
Staying Safe in the Salon.
We are doing everything we can to keep you and our staff completely safe within the salon.
We will adhere to all advice and safety protocol set down by the Government specifically for the hair and beauty industry.
Only a set number of staff and clients will be allowed within the salon at one time depending on floor space and safe distancing.
As a matter of course, our staff will be wearing a visor or mask.
A no touch hand gel dispenser will be available at reception to be used on entering / leaving the salon.
We will be using disposable white towels in all the salon.
We will provide a freshly laundered or a disposable gown for you to wear during your time with us.
Chairs will be set with a distance between them that conforms to the current social distancing guidelines.
Between individual client visits equipment, chairs, and surfaces will be cleaned using antibacterial spray.
We realise it’s a lot to take in but we hope you’ll understand there are a few new rules to take on board before we all get together in the salon again.
Obviously hairdressing services cannot be achieved unless your stylist is quite close to you, but we trust that the protective clothing and hygiene routines will reassure you.
Rest assured we will still be working hard to make sure having your hair done is still a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
