☕ Join us at our next Companion Café! 💚

On Thursday 24th September, we’ll be joined by Occupational Therapists Cheryl and Suzy, who will be sharing information about their service, along with practical advice to help people remain safe and independent at home.

There will also be some gentle chair exercises and helpful tips around falls prevention, all delivered in a friendly and relaxed setting.

☕ What a fantastic afternoon at our Companion Café!

We were delighted to welcome everyone to our lovely new venue, Weaver Bistro at The Guinness Partnership Anderton Place. It was wonderful to see such a great turnout for our first session there!

A huge thank you to Sophie from Joy in Motion , who led a brilliant sample session of musical theatre chair dance exercises. There was plenty of music, movement and smiling throughout! 💃🎭

Next month, we’ll be joined by Cheryl, an Occupational Therapist from Northwich Primary Care Network , who will be sharing helpful information and advice.
