"Why am I avoiding this?"
You know it needs doing.
You want to do it.
You may even be worrying about it all day.
Yet somehow, you still can't get started.

For many adults with ADHD, avoidance is often linked to feeling overwhelmed, not knowing where to begin, fear of making mistakes, or struggling to switch into action.

The result? The task gets bigger in your mind, and the cycle continues.

🤔 ADHD can make friendships harder than people realise.
Not because you're a bad friend.
Sometimes it's memory, overwhelm, impulsivity, or time blindness.

"This should be easy..."

That's what I tell myself.

The task is small. I know how to do it. It won't take long.

Yet I spend hours thinking about starting it.

Then suddenly it's 2am...

And my brain decides now is the perfect time to focus.

If you've ever wondered why you can spend all day struggling to start something and then do it effortlessly late at night, you're not alone.

For many people with ADHD, focus isn't always available on demand.

Sometimes it arrives when the world finally goes quiet.

Anyone else suddenly become productive at 2am? 👇😅

💬 "Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt..."

If you have ADHD, you might know exactly how this feels.

You're listening.
You're interested.
You want to hear what the other person is saying.

But a thought pops into your head and suddenly it feels like an ice cube melting in your hand.

If you don't say it now, it might disappear completely.

That's why some people with ADHD interrupt conversations.

It's often not about being rude or self-centred.

It's about trying not to lose a thought before it's gone.

Can anyone else relate to this? ❄️

🤦‍♂️ Gone. Again.

You know the feeling...

You walk into a room and suddenly have no idea why you're there.

Or you go upstairs for something and come back down empty-handed.

Or you're halfway through a sentence and the thought just disappears.

For many adults with ADHD, this isn't about not trying hard enough. Working memory can be fragile, meaning thoughts can vanish before you've had a chance to act on them.

It can be frustrating, embarrassing, and exhausting.
If you've ever thought, "How did I forget that already?" this video is for you.

👇 What's the most random thing you've forgotten recently? Let's compare notes!

🧠 Nobody Gets Why My Brain Works Like This

Ever walked into a room and forgotten why?

Lost your train of thought halfway through a sentence?

Spent all day thinking about a task but still couldn't start it?

For many adults with ADHD, these aren't occasional mistakes. They're daily experiences.

People often see the outcome:

❌ The forgotten appointment
❌ The unfinished task
❌ The missed deadline

But they don't see the effort that went into trying to remember, stay organised, or keep everything together.

ADHD isn't a lack of intelligence, motivation, or care.
It's a different way of processing attention, memory, time, and effort.

If you've ever felt frustrated because people don't understand what goes on inside your head, this video is for you.

Ever been told you “don’t care”…
when actually your brain just dropped the ball again?

For a lot of adults with ADHD, forgetting things, zoning out, or missing details can look like not caring — even when the opposite is true.

This video explores the misunderstanding behind: “Don’t Care… Who, Me?”

If you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, or frustrated with yourself, this one may hit home.

🧠 Why can everyone else cope… but I feel overloaded?

😑 ADHD overwhelm isn’t just stress. Sometimes the brain simply hits capacity.

💡 This video explains why everyday life can suddenly feel like too much.

Ever feel like you genuinely mean to do things…
but somehow they still don’t get finished?

For many adults with ADHD, follow through can feel incredibly hard — even with things they care deeply about.

And it can become exhausting constantly trying to explain that to other people.

This video explores why ADHD can make follow through so difficult, and why so many adults end up feeling frustrated with themselves because of it.

If this feels familiar, you’re definitely not alone 💙

You fully meant to do it.

And then somehow… it just didn’t happen.

For many adults with ADHD, the struggle isn’t caring — it’s turning intention into action consistently.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated with yourself over this, you’re not alone. 💙
